Art. 24 - The Association can dispose of its common fund constituted by the offers made by the members and by other licit sources. This fund shall be managed by an administrator elected by the Council of Presidency who shall remain in office five years and shall be renewed like the other members of the Council.
The administration can not dispose of such sources, except for the needs and the goals of the Association, but always with the explicit consent of the Council of Presidency. The Council of Presidency shall decide the means for helping the members of the Association who may find themselves in extreme necessity.
